All tutors must register through the official form. Approval is subject to verification of documents and submission of PKR 1000/- (non refundable) as Registration Fee.
2. Teaching Standards
Tutors must maintain high teaching standards, show professionalism, and follow the academy’s curriculum and code of ethics.
3. Punctuality and Attendance
Tutors are expected to start and end classes on time. Repeated delays or absences without notice may result in termination.
4. Communication
All communication with students and parents must be respectful, professional, and limited to educational matters.
5. Confidentiality
Tutors must keep students’ personal data confidential and not share it with any third party.
6. Payments
Tutors will not collect any tuition fee directly from parents or guardians without prior permission from the academy. Payment issues must be reported to the admin.
7. Content and Copyrights
Tutors should not use or share copyrighted materials without permission.
8. Disciplinary Action
Violation of rules may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal.
9. Academy Charges
The Academy will deduct their charges 10% and pay remaining 90% to the Tutor each month from monthly tuition fee received.
10. Trial Class
First class will be Free Trial Class. If a student continues and takes second class then it will mean that the student is satisfied with the tutor and monthly fee will become due that must be paid in advance to the academy within first week starting from first trial class. Tutor must remind the student’s parents or guardians about this clause of Terms and Conditions before starting the second class.
