Tuition Fee Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Schedule

  1. Tuition fees are payable on a monthly basis and must be paid in advance within the first week of the month.

2. Start of Tuition Month

  1. The tuition month begins from the date of the first conducted class.

3. Trial Class

  1. The first class will be free trial class.
  2. If the tuition continues beyond the trial period, this class will be included in the paid tuition.

4. Confirmation of Tuition

  1. A tuition will be considered confirmed once the second class is conducted.

5. Fee Due Upon Confirmation

  1. Upon confirmation, the full monthly fee becomes due and must be paid within the first week, starting from the date of the first (trial) class.

6. Discontinuation by Teacher

  1. If a teacher discontinues the tuition, the academy will provide another teacher or the fee for the remaining classes of that month will be refunded to the parents/guardians as per their demand.
  2. Any loss incurred will be borne by the teacher.

7. Discontinuation by Student

  1. If a student discontinues the tuition, no refund will be provided.
  2. Any loss incurred will be borne by the parents/guardians.

8. Fee Collection Authority

  1. Only the academy is authorized to collect tuition fees.
  2. Payments must be made through an international bank transfer.

9. Verification Requirement

  1. Parents/guardians must provide valid bank card details when posting a tuition request for verification and reliability purposes.
